Developer Advocate

About the role
As a Developer Advocate on the Growth team, you'll bridge the gap between Hopsule's product and the developer community. You'll create technical content, build demos and sample projects, engage with developers on social media and forums, and represent Hopsule at conferences and meetups. This role is part educator, part engineer, part storyteller - and it requires genuine passion for developer experience.
What you'll do
- Create technical blog posts, tutorials, and documentation that help developers get the most out of Hopsule
- Build demo projects, sample integrations, and starter templates
- Engage with the developer community on X/Twitter, Discord, GitHub, and other platforms
- Speak at conferences, meetups, and webinars about AI-assisted development and decision management
- Gather developer feedback and relay it to the product team to influence roadmap decisions
- Maintain and improve Hopsule's public documentation
- Create video content (walkthroughs, feature demos, architectural deep-dives)
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of developer advocacy, developer relations, or technical content creation
- Strong software engineering background - you can build real projects, not just talk about them
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience creating technical content (blog posts, tutorials, videos)
- Active presence in the developer community with a genuine interest in developer tools
- Comfort with public speaking and live demos
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/LLM tools and workflows in development
- Background in building or advocating for developer tools or IDEs
- Video production or podcasting experience
- Proficiency in Turkish (our founding team is based in Turkey)
